We have the good luck sometimes of buying from one-off sources. And this Copper crystal is a pure natural piece. It came from a retired Australian geologist’s private collection. He unfortunately lost his notes so it is from Australia somewhere. I didn’t even know if it was copper till I saw a specimen in the Australian Museum of Natural History. It is a pure copper that has been naturally oxidised but has some other tiny crystal of unknown type here an there.. This is a piece for another geological collector and needs to be placed in a cabinet. It is not for a metaphysical person who wants to hold it and carry it around as it is too delicate.
